目的:比较Xive和Ankylos两种不同种植系统应用于修复单颗牙缺失的种植体周围边缘骨吸收量的差别。方法:临床选择60例单牙缺失患者分别采用直径4.5mm的Xive和Ankylos种植体各30例行潜入式种植手术。在冠修复当天及修复后第3、6、12个月后分别进行全景片检查,测量种植体边缘牙槽骨高度,计算牙槽骨丧失量,用SPSS 14.0软件进行统计分析。结果:全冠修复后两组植体以及修复体均未发生严重的并发症,且初期稳定性良好,4.5mm的Xive种植体组在冠修复当天及修复后第3、6、12个月的边缘骨吸收量分别为(0.42±0.28)mm、(0.81±0.34)mm、(1.24±0.38)mm、(1.69±0.42)mm,4.5mm的Ankylos种植体组在冠修复当天及修复后第3,6,12个月的边缘骨吸收量分别为(0.32±0.23)mm、(0.36±0.27)mm、(0.42±0.3)mm、(0.52±0.31)mm。两组骨吸收量经检验存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。均数排列4.5mm的Xive种植体组(1.06mm)大于4.5mm的Ankylos种植体组(0.42mm)。结论:与平齐式对接设计的Xive种植组相比,功能负载1年内,平台转换设计的Ankylos种植体组可较好地保留种植体颈部边缘牙槽骨的高度。

목적:비교Xive화Ankylos량충불동충식계통응용우수복단과아결실적충식체주위변연골흡수량적차별。방법:림상선택60례단아결실환자분별채용직경4.5mm적Xive화Ankylos충식체각30례행잠입식충식수술。재관수복당천급수복후제3、6、12개월후분별진행전경편검사,측량충식체변연아조골고도,계산아조골상실량,용SPSS 14.0연건진행통계분석。결과:전관수복후량조식체이급수복체균미발생엄중적병발증,차초기은정성량호,4.5mm적Xive충식체조재관수복당천급수복후제3、6、12개월적변연골흡수량분별위(0.42±0.28)mm、(0.81±0.34)mm、(1.24±0.38)mm、(1.69±0.42)mm,4.5mm적Ankylos충식체조재관수복당천급수복후제3,6,12개월적변연골흡수량분별위(0.32±0.23)mm、(0.36±0.27)mm、(0.42±0.3)mm、(0.52±0.31)mm。량조골흡수량경검험존재현저성차이(P<0.05)。균수배렬4.5mm적Xive충식체조(1.06mm)대우4.5mm적Ankylos충식체조(0.42mm)。결론:여평제식대접설계적Xive충식조상비,공능부재1년내,평태전환설계적Ankylos충식체조가교호지보류충식체경부변연아조골적고도。
Objective To compare the marginal bone resorption of two implant systems which were applied to the restoration of single tooth missings. Methods 60 patients of single odontoptosis were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. Patients of different groups were treated by Xive impant system and Ankylos impant system. Orthopantomographies were taken on the operation day,3 months,6months,and 12 months after implant placement. Marginal bone altitude and marginal bone loss were measured on the orthopantomographies. All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS14.0 software. Rusults There were no severe complications in the both groups,and the stability in initial stage was good. Marginal bone resorption of 4.5mm Xive impant on the operation day, 3rd month, 6th month ,and 12th month after implant placement were(0.42 ± 0.28),(0.81 ± 0.34),(1.24 ± 0.38),(1.69 ± 0.42)mm.Marginal bone resorption of 4.5 mm Ankylos impant on the operation day, 3rd month,6th month,and 12th month after implant placement were(0.32±0.23),(0.36±0.27),(0.42±0.3), (0.52 ± 0.31)mm. There were statistically significant differences in marginal bone resorption between the two implant systems(P<0.05). The mean marginal bone resorption of Xive impant(1.06mm) was higher than that of Ankylos impant(0.42mm). Conclusion Ankylos impant which is designed by platform switching could reserve the marginal bone altitude better than Xive impant which is designed by platform joint in one years function load.
