目的：总结分析咽旁神经源性肿瘤的CT、MRI影像特征。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的咽旁神经鞘瘤、神经纤维瘤58例CT、MRI影像表现。结果咽旁神经鞘瘤42例，增强31例呈明显强化，11例呈轻度不均匀强化，7例合并局部坏死、囊变；咽旁神经纤维瘤16例，均呈轻度较均匀/不均匀强化，2瘤灶合并坏死、囊变。结论均匀强化(明显/不明显)、边界光滑是咽旁神经源性肿瘤特征性表现，可以作为临床正确诊断该病的可靠依据。
목적：총결분석인방신경원성종류적CT、MRI영상특정。방법회고성분석경병리증실적인방신경초류、신경섬유류58례CT、MRI영상표현。결과인방신경초류42례，증강31례정명현강화，11례정경도불균균강화，7례합병국부배사、낭변；인방신경섬유류16례，균정경도교균균/불균균강화，2류조합병배사、낭변。결론균균강화(명현/불명현)、변계광활시인방신경원성종류특정성표현，가이작위림상정학진단해병적가고의거。
Objective To summarize and analyze the CT and MRI imaging features of neurogenic tumors in parapharyngeal space. Methods CT and MRI images of 58 cases of neurilemmoma and neurofibroma in parapharyngeal space confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Pharyngeal schwannoma by 42 cases, 31 cases show clear to improve, 11 cases of mild un-even reinforcement, 7 cases Combine the necrosis and liquefaction ;Beside the pharynx nerve fibroma, 16 cases were mild evener uneven/reinforcement,2 case Combine the necrosis and liquefaction. Conclusion Uniform reinforcement (clear/obvious) and smooth boundary is the characteristics of neurogenic tumors in parapharyngeal Space and can serve as a reliable basis for clinical diagno-sis of the disease.
