目的：探讨循证医学在内科护理学实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取护理专业内科实习学生30名作为试验组,采取循证医学教育模式,对照组30名学生采取传统教学法并进行比较。结果试验组实习生在理论知识、实践技能、病案分析方面优于传统教学组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义，且试验组对于教学模式认同率高于对照组，两组比较，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论把循证医学理念运用于内科护理学临床实习带教,教学效果较好。

Objective To evaluate the value of evidence-based medicine in clinical teaching of medical nursing intern. Methods Selected 60 nursing intern in medicine were divided into two groups randomly. The experience group of 30 cases were adopt evidence-based medicine. Results The students in evidence-based medicine groups had stronger skills in theoretical knowledge, practice, case analysis and other aspects, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The rate of recognition of teaching mode, the experimental group was higher than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion It is necessary to apply evidence-based medicine in clinical teaching.
