目的:分析PBL教学模式在老年心血管科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年6月~2014年9月122例老年心血管科临床实习生,平均分为教学组与对照组。对照组采用传统教学方式,教学组采用PBL教学模式,观察两组的教学效果。结果教学组的教学效果优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论PBL教学模式在老年心血管科临床实习教学中具有良好的应用效果。

Objective Analysis the application effect on clinical practice teaching of PBL teaching mode in elderly cardiovascular. Methods Selected 122 cases clinical intern in elderly cardiovascular from June 2014 to September 2014, divided into the teaching group and the control group average. The control group adopts traditional teaching methods and the teaching group adopt PBL teaching mode, observed the teaching effect on two groups. Results The teaching effect on the teaching group was better than the control group, P<0.05,had difference statistically significance. Conclusion PBL teaching mode has good application effect on clinical practice in elderly cardiology.
