目的:探究分析教学反馈机制在护理临床带教实践中的临床价值,为提高临床护理带教效果提供有效依据。方法选取2013年5月~2014年11月在我科进行护理实习的护生共100名,将其分为观察组与对照组。对照组护生采取常规临床带教模式,观察组护生采取反馈机制的教学模式,比较两组护生临床带教质量,完善有关数据的记录工作。结果观察组护生的基础知识、专科知识、风险防范意识和护患沟通意识、护理技能都优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在护理临床带教中,采取反馈机制教学模式可以规范临床护理带教行为,提高临床教学质量。

Objective To explore and analysis the teaching feedback mechanism in clinical nursing teaching practice value, to improve the clinical nursing effect gist. Methods Selected 100 nursing students who studied in our department from July 2013 to November 2014 year, divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopt the common teaching methods and the observation group adopt teaching feedback mechanism, compared with two groups clinical teaching quality, improved the work of related data records. Results The observation group nursing students basic knowledge, professional knowledge, awareness and risk prevention awareness, nurse patient communication in nursing skills were better than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Teaching feedback mechanism can standard clinical nursing teaching behavior in clinical nursing teaching and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
