目的：了解上颌活动矫治器治疗替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的42例接受上颌活动矫治器治疗的替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者的临床资料。结果：42例患者通过4～8个月的矫治后，后、前牙反牙合完全解除，第一恒磨牙属于中性（或偏近中性）关系，后、前牙覆牙合包括反复改均恢复正常，侧貌得到了有效改善。矫治前后SNB、SNA角、ANB角、Y轴角、Ao-Bo、U1-SN角比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：上颌活动矫治器治疗替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错牙合临床疗效确切，值得临床大力推广与应用。
목적：료해상합활동교치기치료체아기안씨Ⅲ류착아합적림상효과。방법：회고성분석아원2012년3월-2014년3월수치적42례접수상합활동교치기치료적체아기안씨Ⅲ류착아합환자적림상자료。결과：42례환자통과4～8개월적교치후，후、전아반아합완전해제，제일항마아속우중성（혹편근중성）관계，후、전아복아합포괄반복개균회복정상，측모득도료유효개선。교치전후SNB、SNA각、ANB각、Y축각、Ao-Bo、U1-SN각비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：상합활동교치기치료체아기안씨Ⅲ류착아합림상료효학절，치득림상대력추엄여응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of maxillary activity and correcting appliance treatment on classⅢmalocclusion. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of maxillary activity and correcting appliance treatment on 42 cases with class Ⅲ malocclusion in the hospital from March 2012 to March 2014. Results After 4-8 months'correcting treatment,posterior and anterior crossbite was repaired.The first permanent molar has neutral(or relatively neutral) relationship. After repeated repair,posterior and anterior overbite recovered.And the profile improved effectively. There was significant statistical meaning in SNB angle,SAN angle,ANB angle,Y axis angle,Ao-Bo,U 1-SN angle(P<0.05). Conclusion There is exact clinical effect of maxillary activity and correcting appliance treatment onⅢmalocclusion,and it is worth promotion and application.
