目的:探讨产前超声检查对胎儿心脏大动脉畸形诊断价值。方法收集2010年3月-2014年7月该院明确诊断30例心脏大动脉畸形胎儿临床资料进行研究,分析其胎儿超声图像,总结大动脉畸形超声图像特征。结果30例患者中均被明确诊断为胎儿心脏大动脉畸形,大动脉畸形患儿在三血管气管(3VT)切面上均表现为阳性,检查结果得出大动脉内径异常18例,其中包括主动脉弓缩窄2例,主动脉弓断离3例,主动脉狭窄3例,肺动脉狭窄10例;大动脉交叉关系消失8例,其中包括大动脉转位4例,右室双出口4例;永存动脉干3例;右位主动脉弓1例。结论3VT切面诊断胎儿心脏大动脉畸形具有较高敏感性,可作为胎儿心脏大动脉畸形重要辅助方法。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of prenatal ultrasonography for fetus with great artery anomaly. Methods The clinical data of 30 diagnosed fetus with great artery anomaly in our hospital between March 2010 and July 2014 were selected as the research object and ultrasound images of them were analyzed. The characteristics of ultrasound images of great artery anomaly were summarized. Results 30 patients were diagnosed as fetal cardiac malformations aorta, the main artery in the three vascular malformations in children trachea (3VT) showed positive aspect, the main artery of the inner diameter of abnormal test re-sults obtained in 18 cases, including two cases of aortic coarctation, aortic arch breaking away from the three cases, aortic stenosis 3 cases, pulmonary stenosis 10 cases; aorta cross ties disappeared eight cases, including TGA four cases, double outlet right ven-tricle 4 cases; truncus arteriosus three cases; right aortic arch one case. Conclusion 3VT section diagnosis of fetal cardiac malfor-mations aorta has a high sensitivity, can be used as the main artery of the fetal heart malformations important adjunct.
