目的：探讨耳穴位贴服配合双柏散热敷治疗腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢早衰的可行性和临床疗效。方法：选取2014年2-5月本院收治的44例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢早衰患者为研究对象，按治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各22例，治疗组给予耳穴位贴服配合双柏散热敷治疗，对照组给予激素治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组治疗前FSH、E2、LH水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗组治疗后FSH、LH水平均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组治疗后E2水平、治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：耳穴位贴服配合双柏散热敷可增强卵巢的自稳状态，促进术后造血机能，增殖分化，调节卵巢功能，改善卵巢早衰患者临床症状，效果明显，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토이혈위첩복배합쌍백산열부치료복강경란소낭종박제술후란소조쇠적가행성화림상료효。방법：선취2014년2-5월본원수치적44례복강경란소낭종박제술후란소조쇠환자위연구대상，안치료방법불동분위치료조화대조조각22례，치료조급여이혈위첩복배합쌍백산열부치료，대조조급여격소치료，대비량조환자적치료효과。결과：량조치료전FSH、E2、LH수평비교차이균무통계학의의（P>0.05）；치료조치료후FSH、LH수평균현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료조치료후E2수평、치료총유효솔균현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：이혈위첩복배합쌍백산열부가증강란소적자은상태，촉진술후조혈궤능，증식분화，조절란소공능，개선란소조쇠환자림상증상，효과명현，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the feasibility of auricular acupoint sticking combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress treating patients with postoperative ovarian premature aging undergoing laparoscopic oophorocystectomy.Method:Forty-four patients with premature ovarian failure after laparoscopic oophorocystectomy admitted by the Hospital from February 2014 to May 2014 were selected as research subjects,who were divided into the treatment group (22 cases,subject to auricular acupoint sticking combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress)and control group (22 cases,subject to hormonotherapy).The efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:The comparisons differences in levels of FSH,E2 and LH hormone in two groups before treatment was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The levels FSH and LH hormone levels in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of E2 hormone and total effective rate in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The auricular acupoint sticking and combining Shuangbo pulvis hot compress can strengthen the self-stability state of ovary,promote postoperative hematopoietic function and proliferation differentiation,and regulate ovarian function,and poses obvious effect on improving clinical symptoms of patients with premature ovarian failure,being worthy of clinical promotion.
