目的:探讨手术去势对前列腺癌患者血脂代谢的影响。方法:选择45例行双侧睾丸切除术前列腺癌患者,检测睾酮(T)、游离睾酮(FT)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APO-A1)、载脂蛋白B(APO-B)。结果:患者术后睾酮、游离睾酮的水平均低于术前,且术后1、3、6个月、1年呈逐渐下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TG术后3个月的水平均高于术前,TC、HDL-C术后水平均高于术前,LDL-C的水平均低于术前,手术前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。APO-A1、APO-B治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:前列腺癌患者手术去势后,随着雄性激素的降低,血脂代谢可出现异常变化。

목적:탐토수술거세대전렬선암환자혈지대사적영향。방법:선택45례행쌍측고환절제술전렬선암환자,검측고동(T)、유리고동(FT)、감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(TC)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)、재지단백A1(APO-A1)、재지단백B(APO-B)。결과:환자술후고동、유리고동적수평균저우술전,차술후1、3、6개월、1년정축점하강추세,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);TG술후3개월적수평균고우술전,TC、HDL-C술후수평균고우술전,LDL-C적수평균저우술전,수술전후비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。APO-A1、APO-B치료전후차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:전렬선암환자수술거세후,수착웅성격소적강저,혈지대사가출현이상변화。
Objective:To analyze the effect of surgical castration on lipid metabolism in patients with prostate cancer. Method:45 patients with advanced prostate cancer had undergone the bilateral orchiectomy.The serum levels of T,FT,TG, TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,APO-A1,APO-B were determined before and after castration.Result:T and FT after castration were significantly lower than that before castration,and showed a gradual decrease from 1 month to 1 year,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after castration,TG increased significantly 3 months after castration,TC and HDL-C increased significantly after castration,LDL-C decreased significantly after castration,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).APO-A1 and APO-B were not changed,the difference was no statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:After surgical castration,the androgen levels decrease,and the lipid metabolism becomes abnormal.
