目的：研究肛裂患者使用生肌玉红膏与中药坐浴联合治疗的临床效果。方法临床纳入100例该院2012年6月-2014年6月期间肛肠科收治的肛裂患者，按随机抽样法分为两组各50例。其中50例患者单纯使用中药坐浴进行治疗作为对照组，另50例患者在中药坐浴的基础上使用生肌玉红膏进行治疗作为观察组。结果观察组治疗总有效率高达98%，远高于对照组的84%，P<0.05；对比两组患者创面愈合时间、创面疼痛程度以及创面渗血、渗液等情况发现，观察组明显好于对照组，P<0.05。结论生肌玉红膏与中药坐浴联合治疗对肛裂患者临床效果显著，值得临床应用及推广。
목적：연구항렬환자사용생기옥홍고여중약좌욕연합치료적림상효과。방법림상납입100례해원2012년6월-2014년6월기간항장과수치적항렬환자，안수궤추양법분위량조각50례。기중50례환자단순사용중약좌욕진행치료작위대조조，령50례환자재중약좌욕적기출상사용생기옥홍고진행치료작위관찰조。결과관찰조치료총유효솔고체98%，원고우대조조적84%，P<0.05；대비량조환자창면유합시간、창면동통정도이급창면삼혈、삼액등정황발현，관찰조명현호우대조조，P<0.05。결론생기옥홍고여중약좌욕연합치료대항렬환자림상효과현저，치득림상응용급추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengji Yuhonggao combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath in the treatment of patients with anal fissure. Methods 100 patients with anal fissure treated from June 2012 to June 2014 in our anorectal department were selected and randomly divided into 50 cases each group. The control group took traditional Chinese medicine hip bath; observation group took traditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with Shengji Yuhonggao. Results The total effective rate of observation group (98%) was significantly higher than that of control group (84%) (P<0.05);the wound healing time, pain intensity, errhysis and oozing of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). Con-clusion For patients with anal fissure, Shengji Yuhonggao combined with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath has an obvious clinical effect. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
