目的：探讨早期综合护理干预减轻手烧伤患者瘢痕严重程度的效果。方法便利抽样法选择2008年1月至2013年1月上海市第七人民医院烧伤整形科收治的的Ⅱ、Ⅲ度手烧伤患者120例(176只患手)，按入院先后将其分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上在患者创面愈合前给予早期综合护理干预，评估并比较干预后的第3、6个月两组患者的瘢痕严重程度及工作恢复情况。结果干预后第3、6个月，观察组患者的瘢痕严重程度均轻于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均 P ＜0．05)；干预后第6个月，观察组患者的工作恢复情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0．05)。结论早期综合护理干预的实施可有效减轻手烧伤患者的瘢痕严重程度。
목적：탐토조기종합호리간예감경수소상환자반흔엄중정도적효과。방법편리추양법선택2008년1월지2013년1월상해시제칠인민의원소상정형과수치적적Ⅱ、Ⅲ도수소상환자120례(176지환수)，안입원선후장기분위관찰조화대조조각60례，대조조환자급여상규호리，관찰조환자재대조조적기출상재환자창면유합전급여조기종합호리간예，평고병비교간예후적제3、6개월량조환자적반흔엄중정도급공작회복정황。결과간예후제3、6개월，관찰조환자적반흔엄중정도균경우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(균 P ＜0．05)；간예후제6개월，관찰조환자적공작회복정황우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P ＜0．05)。결론조기종합호리간예적실시가유효감경수소상환자적반흔엄중정도。
Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention in reducing severi-ty of scar for patients with hand burns.Methods By convenience sampling,120 cases (176 burned hands) were selected and equally divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time. The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received early comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The severity of scar and functional recovery in third and sixth months after intervention of two groups were compared and assessed.Results After three and six months of intervention,the severity of the scar of patients in observation group was lower than which in control group (all P <0.05).After six months of intervention,the functional recovery in observation group was better than which in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the severity of the scar in patients with hand burn scar.
