目的：探讨连续性护理干预在妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者中的实施效果。方法便利抽样法选择2012年6月至2013年12月,舟山市妇幼保健院收治的 GDM 患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施连续性护理干预,比较两组患者的分娩时孕周数、剖宫产率、新生儿出生体质量和产后6周2型糖尿病及糖耐量异常的发生情况。结果观察组患者分娩时的孕周数大于对照组,剖宫产率及新生儿出生体质量明显低于对照组(均 P ＜0．05)；观察组患者产后6周2型糖尿病及糖耐量异常的发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均 P ＜0．05)。结论连续性护理干预的实施有利于增强 GDM 患者的遵医行为,改善 DGM 患者的母婴预后,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。
목적：탐토련속성호리간예재임신당뇨병(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)환자중적실시효과。방법편리추양법선택2012년6월지2013년12월,주산시부유보건원수치적 GDM 환자60례,안수궤수자표법장기분위관찰조화대조조각30례,대조조실시상규호리,관찰조실시련속성호리간예,비교량조환자적분면시잉주수、부궁산솔、신생인출생체질량화산후6주2형당뇨병급당내량이상적발생정황。결과관찰조환자분면시적잉주수대우대조조,부궁산솔급신생인출생체질량명현저우대조조(균 P ＜0．05)；관찰조환자산후6주2형당뇨병급당내량이상적발생솔균저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(균 P ＜0．05)。결론련속성호리간예적실시유리우증강 GDM 환자적준의행위,개선 DGM 환자적모영예후,제고환자적생활질량,치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective To investigate the implementation effect of continuous nursing intervention in pa-tients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods Totally 60 pregnant women with GDM were randomly selected and equally divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received the conventional nursing procedure,and the observation group received the continuous nursing in-tervention.The gestational weeks,cesarean section rate,birth weight,morbidity rates of type 2 diabetes mellitus and abnormal sugar tolerance at 6 weeks after delivery between the two groups were compared.Re-sults The gestational weeks of the observation group was markedly higher than those of the control group,while the rates of caesarean section and birth weights of the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(all P <0.05).The morbidity rates of type 2 diabetes and abnormal sugar tolerance in the observation group were lower than which in control group (all P <0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention could enhance the patients’compliance and improve the prognosis and quality of life,which is worthwhile for clinical trial.
