目的：探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法整群选取2012年2月-2015年1月该院收治的68例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组，各34例，研究组采用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合口服西药治疗，对照组患者给予纠正生活习惯和口服西药治疗，综合比较两组患者治疗总有效率及神经传导速度情况。结果治疗总有效率为94.1%，高于对照组的70.6%(P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组正中神经、腓总神经的传导速度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切，可有效改善患者临床症状。
목적：탐토황기계지오물탕배합서약치료당뇨병주위신경병변적림상료효。방법정군선취2012년2월-2015년1월해원수치적68례당뇨병주위신경병변환자작위연구대상，채용수궤수자표법장소선환자분위연구조화대조조，각34례，연구조채용황기계지오물탕가감연합구복서약치료，대조조환자급여규정생활습관화구복서약치료，종합비교량조환자치료총유효솔급신경전도속도정황。결과치료총유효솔위94.1%，고우대조조적70.6%(P<0.05)；치료후，연구조정중신경、비총신경적전도속도균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론황기계지오물탕배합서약치료당뇨병주위신경병변료효학절，가유효개선환자림상증상。
Objective To investigate effects of Huangqi guizhi wuwu tang combined with western medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 68 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group, each were 34 cases. Research group were treated with Huangqi guizhi wuwu tang decoction combined with western medicine. Control group were treated with western medicine. Total effective rate, change of nerve conduction velocity were com-pared. Results Total effective rate of research group was 94.1%,which was higher than 70.6%of control group (P<0.05).After treat-ment, the median nerve, phil total nerve conduction velocity of research group were better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi guizhi wuwu tang combined with western medicine for diabetic peripheral neuropathy has exact effect. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms.
