热定型机是印染工艺后整理工序中的重要设备,也是印染行业中的能耗“大户”,但是热定型机能源有效利用率太低,超过50%的能量被有机废气带走,对这部分余热的回收势在必行。主要对有机废气余热回收过程中存在的问题提出建设性意见,有效地减少油烟冷凝,提高换热器的热回收效率。

Heat-setting machine is an important equipment in the finishing process and a large part of energy consumption in the dyeing and printing industry. However, the energy efficiency of heat-setting machine is too low:more than 50%of the energy is taken away by organic waste gases. It is necessary to recovery this part of waste heat. The paper focuses on proposing some constructive comments for the process of organic waste gases heat recovery to reduce the oil fume condensate effectively and improve the thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger.
