采用有机硅氧烷与环氧树脂共同改性丙烯酸酯乳液,合成了一种高性能的静电植绒粘合剂,讨论了有机硅氧烷的添加方式与添加量以及环氧树脂添加量对乳液性能的影响,研究结果表明,改性后的丙烯酸酯静电植绒粘合剂性能稳定,在耐水性、耐候性、热稳定性和附着力等方面得到明显改善,乳液的各项性能优异。

A high-performance electrostatic flocking adhesive was synthesized using both of organic silicone and epoxy resin to modify the acrylic emulsion. Adding way and adding amount of organic silicone and the epoxy resin amount were discussed which impact the properties of acrylic emulsion. The research results showed that stabilities of the modified acrylate electrostatic flocking adhesive are improved significantly such as water resistance, weather resistance, thermal stability and adhesion. And the performances of emulsion are excellent.
