通过强力测试、弹性测试、热重分析、差示扫描量热法等手段对纯氨纶丝、棉弹力布和T/C弹力布的断裂强力、回弹性、耐热性进行了分析。研究发现,纯氨纶丝和棉弹力布在150℃以下焙烘强力损失不明显;当温度上升到150℃以上时,强力开始明显下降;170℃时,弹性开始严重损失。说明要使纯氨纶丝或棉弹力布在加工后仍保持良好的弹性,纯氨纶丝和棉弹力布的加工温度不宜超过170℃。T/C弹力布有相似的规律,只是其弹性骤降对应的温度也为170℃,强力骤降对应的温度提高到了180℃。故为保持T/C弹力布的良好回弹性能,实际加工中焙烘温度不宜超过180℃。
通過彊力測試、彈性測試、熱重分析、差示掃描量熱法等手段對純氨綸絲、棉彈力佈和T/C彈力佈的斷裂彊力、迴彈性、耐熱性進行瞭分析。研究髮現,純氨綸絲和棉彈力佈在150℃以下焙烘彊力損失不明顯;噹溫度上升到150℃以上時,彊力開始明顯下降;170℃時,彈性開始嚴重損失。說明要使純氨綸絲或棉彈力佈在加工後仍保持良好的彈性,純氨綸絲和棉彈力佈的加工溫度不宜超過170℃。T/C彈力佈有相似的規律,隻是其彈性驟降對應的溫度也為170℃,彊力驟降對應的溫度提高到瞭180℃。故為保持T/C彈力佈的良好迴彈性能,實際加工中焙烘溫度不宜超過180℃。
통과강력측시、탄성측시、열중분석、차시소묘량열법등수단대순안륜사、면탄력포화T/C탄력포적단렬강력、회탄성、내열성진행료분석。연구발현,순안륜사화면탄력포재150℃이하배홍강력손실불명현;당온도상승도150℃이상시,강력개시명현하강;170℃시,탄성개시엄중손실。설명요사순안륜사혹면탄력포재가공후잉보지량호적탄성,순안륜사화면탄력포적가공온도불의초과170℃。T/C탄력포유상사적규률,지시기탄성취강대응적온도야위170℃,강력취강대응적온도제고도료180℃。고위보지T/C탄력포적량호회탄성능,실제가공중배홍온도불의초과180℃。
The breaking strength, elasticity, heat resistance of polyurethane filament, cotton elastic fabric and T/C elastic fabric were analyzed by strength test, flexible test, thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed that the strength losses of polyurethane filament and cotton elastic fabric were not obvious with the baking temperature below 150℃. But the strength decreased significantly as the temperature increased above 150℃. The flexibility began to decrease seriously at 170℃. The processing temperature should not be higher than 170℃so that the polyurethane filament and cotton elastic fabric can still maintain good elasticity after being processed. For the T/C elastic fabric, the temperature of sharp decrease in flexibility was also 170℃, while the temperature of sharp decrease in strength increased to 180℃. And the processing temperature of the T/C elastic fabric should not be above 180℃.
