目的：对临床免疫检验的质量控制对策进行探究分析。方法：资料选自在我院进行临床免疫检验的98例患者作为研究对象，随机均分为对照组及研究组，对照组实施常规质量控制措施，研究组实施综合质量控制措施，并对两组检验结果进行对比分析。结果：研究组检验的有效率96.15％显著高于对照组82.34％；且研究组血样的变异指数下降情况较对照组更为明显，组间比较差异具有显著性（P ＜0.05）。结论：在临床免疫检验中实施有效的综合质量控制措施，能进一步提高检验质量，为临床治疗工作的开展提供可靠的参考依据。

목적：대림상면역검험적질량공제대책진행탐구분석。방법：자료선자재아원진행림상면역검험적98례환자작위연구대상，수궤균분위대조조급연구조，대조조실시상규질량공제조시，연구조실시종합질량공제조시，병대량조검험결과진행대비분석。결과：연구조검험적유효솔96.15％현저고우대조조82.34％；차연구조혈양적변이지수하강정황교대조조경위명현，조간비교차이구유현저성（P ＜0.05）。결론：재림상면역검험중실시유효적종합질량공제조시，능진일보제고검험질량，위림상치료공작적개전제공가고적삼고의거。
objective:to control the quality of clinical immunology inspection countermeasure analyze.Methods:data of 98 cases were selected from clinical im-munology test in our hospital patients as research object,randomly divided into control group and study group,the control group received the routine quality control meas-ures,the research group received comprehensive quality control measures,and the two groups of testing results of the comparative analysis.Results:the study group test 96.15% of effective rate was significantly higher than the control group and the study group 82.34%;variability index blood drop situation is more obvious than control group,the differences between groups was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of comprehensive quality and effective control measures in clinical immunology test,can further improve the inspection quality,and provide a reliable reference for the clinical treatment of the work carried out.
