目的：探讨小儿CVA采取布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的疗效。方法选取68例于近1年期间该院接收的CVA患儿，将其平分为对照组和研究组，将雾化吸入布地奈德给予对照组作为治疗手段，布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠给予研究组作为治疗手段，观察两组疗效。结果对照组疗效明显差于研究组(P<0.05)，两组药不良反应均较轻微，同时研究组肺功能指标在治疗后有明显改善，且改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CVA采取布地奈德联合孟鲁司特纳治疗，效果显著，值得推广。
목적：탐토소인CVA채취포지내덕연합맹로사특납치료적료효。방법선취68례우근1년기간해원접수적CVA환인，장기평분위대조조화연구조，장무화흡입포지내덕급여대조조작위치료수단，포지내덕연합맹로사특납급여연구조작위치료수단，관찰량조료효。결과대조조료효명현차우연구조(P<0.05)，량조약불량반응균교경미，동시연구조폐공능지표재치료후유명현개선，차개선명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론CVA채취포지내덕연합맹로사특납치료，효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective To probe into the curative effect of Montelukast combined with budesonide on children cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods 68 CVA children who received treatment in our hospital in the past year were selected and divided into the con-trol group and the research group. The control group was treated with budesonide through aerosol inhalation and the research group was treated with Montelukast combined with budesonide. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The cura-tive effect of the control group was obviously poorer than that of the research group (P<0.05). The side effects of both groups were relatively slight. Meanwhile, the lung function index of the research group was improved significantly after treatment, which was al-so obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Montelukast combined with budes-onide on children variant asthma (CVA) is remarkable, so it is worth promotion.
