采用正相、反相硅胶柱色谱法对玉柏石松的非生物碱成分进行了分离和纯化,从中分离得到了2个化合物,通过NMR技术鉴定其结构分别为3α-乙酰氧基豆甾烷-21-羧酸(1)和二萜柳杉酚(2),且化合物2为新的甾体化合物,化合物2为首次从该植物中分离获得的二萜化合物。
採用正相、反相硅膠柱色譜法對玉柏石鬆的非生物堿成分進行瞭分離和純化,從中分離得到瞭2箇化閤物,通過NMR技術鑒定其結構分彆為3α-乙酰氧基豆甾烷-21-羧痠(1)和二萜柳杉酚(2),且化閤物2為新的甾體化閤物,化閤物2為首次從該植物中分離穫得的二萜化閤物。

Two compounds were isolated from the club moss Lycopodium obscurum L.by silica gel and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified as 3α-acetoxyl-stigmastan-21-oic acid ( 1 ) and diterpenoid sugiol ( 2 ) respectively by NMR spectroscopy.Compound 1 was a new steroid compound and 2 was a diterpenoid that has been obtained from this plant for the first time.
