目的：通过测定生晒参的二氧化硫残留量，考察硫磺熏蒸前后生晒参的性状变化。方法：采用《中国药典》2010年版一部二氧化硫残留量测定法。结果：二氧化硫残留量高的样品与二氧化硫残留量低的样品，性状上有明显的区别。结论：该法可提高食品药品监督部门对采用硫磺熏蒸方法加工的药品的监督力度。
目的：通過測定生曬參的二氧化硫殘留量，攷察硫磺熏蒸前後生曬參的性狀變化。方法：採用《中國藥典》2010年版一部二氧化硫殘留量測定法。結果：二氧化硫殘留量高的樣品與二氧化硫殘留量低的樣品，性狀上有明顯的區彆。結論：該法可提高食品藥品鑑督部門對採用硫磺熏蒸方法加工的藥品的鑑督力度。
목적：통과측정생쇄삼적이양화류잔류량，고찰류광훈증전후생쇄삼적성상변화。방법：채용《중국약전》2010년판일부이양화류잔류량측정법。결과：이양화류잔류량고적양품여이양화류잔류량저적양품，성상상유명현적구별。결론：해법가제고식품약품감독부문대채용류광훈증방법가공적약품적감독력도。
Objective:Through the determination of sulfur dioxide residue of suncured ginseng to study the changes of its traits before and after the sulfur fumigation.Methods:The test method for the determination of sulfur dioxide residue was adopted which is set forth in Volume I of theChinesePharmacopoeiain 2010 edition.Results:There was an obvious difference in the traits between high and low residues of sulfur dioxide of suncured ginseng. Conclusion:It is helpful for the food and drug administration departments to strengthen the supervision of pharmaceuticals prepared by this kind of methods.
