目的：探讨爱康渗透树脂治疗正畸后牙面脱矿（白垩斑)的疗效稳定性。方法：选取已完成正畸治疗的前牙区釉质白垩斑患者20名，应用渗透树脂治疗。治疗后即刻和术后6个月、1年、2年分别拍摄数码照片。由另外两位医生判断有无颜色变化，并测量术前、术后白垩斑面积（W）及患牙唇面的面积（T），计算出W/T比值（%）,评价其疗效稳定性。结果：随访两年，术后6个月、1年、2年间W/T比值经多样本的秩和检验，P>0.05，无统计学差异。结论：渗透树脂治疗后在2年观察期内颜色表现稳定，值得临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토애강삼투수지치료정기후아면탈광（백성반)적료효은정성。방법：선취이완성정기치료적전아구유질백성반환자20명，응용삼투수지치료。치료후즉각화술후6개월、1년、2년분별박섭수마조편。유령외량위의생판단유무안색변화，병측량술전、술후백성반면적（W）급환아진면적면적（T），계산출W/T비치（%）,평개기료효은정성。결과：수방량년，술후6개월、1년、2년간W/T비치경다양본적질화검험，P>0.05，무통계학차이。결론：삼투수지치료후재2년관찰기내안색표현은정，치득림상상추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate the stability of the effect on the demineralized dental faces (white spots) after orthodontics treated by infi itration resin. Methods 20 post-orthodontic patients with 8 maxillary anterior teeth showing signs of demineralization ( total 160 teeth) were enrolled in this study.All teeth were treated with infi itration resin .Standardized digital images were taken before, immediately after and 6,12,24 months after treatment.The images were analyzed using an image a-nalysis software. The size of the white spot lesion (W) and the whole tooth facial surface (T) were measured, and the W:T ratio(%)was calculated. Results During this period of two years following up,the W:T ratio of 6,12,24 months after treatment show no significant difference by Wilcoxon te-st (P>0.05) Conclusion During this period of two years following up,the effect of resin infiltration treatment for masking white spot lesion is stable. It is worth popularizing and applying on clinic.
