目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定维生素片中8种合成着色剂的方法。方法:色谱柱为C 18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,7μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵,梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm。结果:8种着色剂在0.050~1.037μg/mL范围内峰面积和浓度线性关系良好(r>0.999),平均回收率为94.09%~100.34%。结论:该方法稳定,灵敏度高,方便,快速,可以作为检测维生素片中合成着色剂的方法。

목적:건립반상고효액상색보법동시측정유생소편중8충합성착색제적방법。방법:색보주위C 18주(250 mm×4.6 mm,7μm),류동상위갑순-0.02 mol/L을산안,제도세탈,검측파장위254 nm。결과:8충착색제재0.050~1.037μg/mL범위내봉면적화농도선성관계량호(r>0.999),평균회수솔위94.09%~100.34%。결론:해방법은정,령민도고,방편,쾌속,가이작위검측유생소편중합성착색제적방법。
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 8 synthetic colorants in vitamin tablets by RP-HPLC.Methods:Chromatographic column C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,7μm)was used and the mobile phase was methanol-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was at 254 nm. Results:There was a good linearity between the peak area and concentrations of 8 synthetic colorants within the range of 0.050 ~1.037μg/mL(r>0.999), and the average recoveries were 94.09%~100.34%.Conclusion:The method is stable, sensitive, convenient and fast, and can be used as a method for the determination of synthetic colorants in vitamin tablets.
