目的:探讨调Q1064nm激光和IPL治疗黄褐斑的疗效比较。方法:选取黄褐斑患者52例(女46例,男6例),随机分为两组,每组26例。实验1组:采用大光斑低能量调Q1064nm激光治疗,每月治疗1次,连续治疗8次,每次治疗前后进行拍照对比,并检测黑度(MI)和黄褐斑面积(S)的评分;实验2组:采用强脉冲光治疗,选择波长为570nm,每月治疗1次,连续治疗8次。两组均治疗结束后3个月进行回访,观察治疗后的复发率。结果:实验1组总有效率达96.15%,实验2组总有效率达84.62%,两组疗效比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:大光斑低能量调Q1064nm激光和IPL对黄褐斑治疗均有疗效,但大光斑低能量调Q1064nm激光治疗黄褐斑的疗效更好。

목적:탐토조Q1064nm격광화IPL치료황갈반적료효비교。방법:선취황갈반환자52례(녀46례,남6례),수궤분위량조,매조26례。실험1조:채용대광반저능량조Q1064nm격광치료,매월치료1차,련속치료8차,매차치료전후진행박조대비,병검측흑도(MI)화황갈반면적(S)적평분;실험2조:채용강맥충광치료,선택파장위570nm,매월치료1차,련속치료8차。량조균치료결속후3개월진행회방,관찰치료후적복발솔。결과:실험1조총유효솔체96.15%,실험2조총유효솔체84.62%,량조료효비교존재통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론:대광반저능량조Q1064nm격광화IPL대황갈반치료균유료효,단대광반저능량조Q1064nm격광치료황갈반적료효경호。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Q1 064nm laser and IPL in the treatment of chloasma. Methods 52 patients with chloasma(46women,6 men)were collected and equally divided into two groups:experiment group 1 and experiment group 2.The patients ofexperiment group 1 were treated with philton large spot low-energy Q-switched laser monthly until 8 times.Patients were asked to visit the doctor within 3 months after treatment,observing the recurrence rate,MI and S score. Photos were taken to compare the before and after treatment.The patients ofexperiment group 1 were treated with IPL intense pulsed light fly produced by the 2nd Dayton of Israeli monthly until 8 times, using the Q1 064nm laser.Patients were asked to visit the doctor within 3 months after treatment, observing the recurrence rate. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group 1 and experimental group 2were 96.15% and 84.62% ,respectively.There was a significant difference between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 in terms of the degree of influence. Conclusion The research results show that the Q1 064nm laser and IPL treatment has curative effect on chloasma,but adjustable Q1 064nm laser treatment of chloasma curative effect is better than IPL curative effect.
