目的：观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良( FD )的疗效。方法将174例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各87例。治疗组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙必利联合治疗，对照组单用莫沙必利治疗，对比两组患者的临床症状变化、不良反应，采用胃肠症状评分法（GSRS）评估疗效。结果治疗后治疗组GSRS评分为（3.102.6）分，明显低于对照组的(9.703.4)分（ P﹤0.05）；治疗组总有效率为95.41％，优于对照组的73.57％（ P﹤0.05）；两组不良反应较轻，不影响治疗。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著，安全性好。
목적：관찰불고새둔미리곡신편연합막사필리치료공능성소화불량( FD )적료효。방법장174례환자수궤분성치료조화대조조，각87례。치료조채용불고새둔미리곡신편연합막사필리연합치료，대조조단용막사필리치료，대비량조환자적림상증상변화、불량반응，채용위장증상평분법（GSRS）평고료효。결과치료후치료조GSRS평분위（3.102.6）분，명현저우대조조적(9.703.4)분（ P﹤0.05）；치료조총유효솔위95.41％，우우대조조적73.57％（ P﹤0.05）；량조불량반응교경，불영향치료。결론불고새둔미리곡신편연합막사필리치료공능성소화불량료효현저，안전성호。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablet combined with mosapride for the treatment of functional dyspepsia ( FD ) . Methods A total of 174 patients with FD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 87 cases in each group. The treatment group adopted the therapy of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablet combined with mosapride, while the control group was given mosapride alone. The curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The gastrointestinal symptom scores ( GSRS ) were adopted to evaluate the curative effect. Results The GSRS score after treatment in treatment group the was ( 3. 1 0 2. 6 ) points, which significantly lower than that in the control group ( 9. 7 0 3. 4 ) points ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the total effective rate in the treatment group was 95. 41%, which was higher than 73. 57% in the control group, the difference was statisti-cally significant ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the adverse reactions in the two groups were mild without affecting treatment. Conclusion The Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablet combined with mosapride has significant effect and good safety in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
