学生缺乏学习兴趣及自主学习能力薄弱是大学英语教师常面对的实际问题。因此,课题组在广西医科大学开展行动研究,根据学生实际学习需求和困难,制定相应调整措施应用于教学实践。经过两个阶段的教学调整、评估及反思,课堂教学和课外自主学习模式得到改进,英语教学的有效性显著提高。

Lack of motivation and weakness in independent study on students'side are two difficulties frequently seen in col?lege English teaching. Therefore relative action research has been conducted in Guangxi medical university to locate students'actual needs and difficulties in English learning and adjust teaching practices. After two rounds of adjustment?evaluation?reflec?tion both in?class teaching and after?class learning in the university have been improved and greater effectiveness in English teaching has been achieved.
