目的：探讨瘢痕内楔形切除联合山莨菪碱等药物瘢痕内注射治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法：采用术前3周及切口愈合后2周进行局部瘢痕内山莨菪碱等药物侵润注射，并采取耳廓瘢痕内楔形切除整复耳廓局部瘢痕疙瘩畸形。结果：自2009年以来，利用瘢痕内楔形切除联合山莨菪碱等药物注射治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩69例，切口均Ⅰ期愈合，术后瘢痕疙瘩无复发。结论：瘢痕内楔形切除联合山莨菪碱等药物瘢痕内注射治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩操作简单、复发率低，疗效确切，术后耳廓形态改变较小，值得临床应用推广。
목적：탐토반흔내설형절제연합산랑탕감등약물반흔내주사치료이곽반흔흘탑적료효。방법：채용술전3주급절구유합후2주진행국부반흔내산랑탕감등약물침윤주사，병채취이곽반흔내설형절제정복이곽국부반흔흘탑기형。결과：자2009년이래，이용반흔내설형절제연합산랑탕감등약물주사치료이곽반흔흘탑69례，절구균Ⅰ기유합，술후반흔흘탑무복발。결론：반흔내설형절제연합산랑탕감등약물반흔내주사치료이곽반흔흘탑조작간단、복발솔저，료효학절，술후이곽형태개변교소，치득림상응용추엄。
Objective To observe clinical effect of scar wedge resection combined with anisodamine via injection to treat auricular keloids. Methods Anisodamine was injected at three weeks before operation and 2 weeks after incision healing,and operation of scar wedge resection to treat auricular keloids. Results 69 cases of auricular keloids were treated with scar wedge resection combined with anisodamine via injection since 2009.All incision were primary healing postoperatively and none keloids relapsed. Conclusion The method of scar wedge resection combined with anisodamine via injection to treat auricular keloids has exact effect for simple design,low recurrence rate, little ear morphological changes after operation.
