目的：观察复方利多卡因乳膏局部浸润麻醉联合一次性包皮环切缝合器治疗小儿包茎和包皮过长的疗效和安全性。方法将236例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，各118例。治疗组给予复方利多卡因乳膏局部浸润麻醉后配合一次性包皮环切缝合器行环切缝合治疗，对照组给予传统的环切术治疗。结果两组患儿麻醉效果相当，但治疗组在麻醉时的疼痛反应明显轻于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。临床观察中未见治疗组有不良反应发生。结论小儿包茎和包皮过长手术中使用复方利多卡因乳膏局部浸润麻醉，具有无痛、麻醉效果确切、安全性高等优点，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰복방리다잡인유고국부침윤마취연합일차성포피배절봉합기치료소인포경화포피과장적료효화안전성。방법장236례환인수궤분위치료조화대조조，각118례。치료조급여복방리다잡인유고국부침윤마취후배합일차성포피배절봉합기행배절봉합치료，대조조급여전통적배절술치료。결과량조환인마취효과상당，단치료조재마취시적동통반응명현경우대조조（ P﹤0.05）。림상관찰중미견치료조유불량반응발생。결론소인포경화포피과장수술중사용복방리다잡인유고국부침윤마취，구유무통、마취효과학절、안전성고등우점，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Compound Lidocaine Cream local infiltration anesthesia combined with the disposable circumcision suture device for the treatment of children phimosis and redundant prepuce. Methods 236 children patients with phimosis and redundant prepuce were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 118 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Compound Lidocaine Cream for conducting local infiltration anesthesia and then coordinated by the disposable circumcision suture device for performing circumcision and suture, while the control group was given the traditional circumci-sion surgery. Results The anesthesia effect in the two groups was similar, but the anesthesia pain reaction in the treatment group was obviously lighter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . No adverse reactions in the treat-ment group were found by clinical observation. Conclusion Using Compound Lidocaine Cream for conducting local infiltration anesthesia in children circumcision has the advantages of painless, definite anesthetic effect and high safety, and is worth popularization and appli-cation in clinic.
