目的：探讨改良双环法乳晕缩小整形手术的方法及其临床应用价值。方法：在乳头根部及乳晕外缘内约1.5cm处设计双环形切口，去除双环之间乳晕皮肤，然后设计2～4处楔形切口，切除乳晕多余的皮肤后减张对位缝合。结果：2008年8月-2015年3月，共有32例女性患者接受了改良的双环法双侧乳晕缩小手术，术后效果良好。随访4～12个月，乳晕直径较术后无明显增大，切口瘢痕不明显，无明显皮肤皱褶，乳晕及乳房比例适当，外观形态满意。结论：改良双环形结合楔形切除的乳晕缩小整形术式适合不同程度的乳晕肥大患者，避免了明显的瘢痕及乳晕术后继发畸形，是一种美容效果良好的乳晕缩小整形方法。
목적：탐토개량쌍배법유훈축소정형수술적방법급기림상응용개치。방법：재유두근부급유훈외연내약1.5cm처설계쌍배형절구，거제쌍배지간유훈피부，연후설계2～4처설형절구，절제유훈다여적피부후감장대위봉합。결과：2008년8월-2015년3월，공유32례녀성환자접수료개량적쌍배법쌍측유훈축소수술，술후효과량호。수방4～12개월，유훈직경교술후무명현증대，절구반흔불명현，무명현피부추습，유훈급유방비례괄당，외관형태만의。결론：개량쌍배형결합설형절제적유훈축소정형술식괄합불동정도적유훈비대환자，피면료명현적반흔급유훈술후계발기형，시일충미용효과량호적유훈축소정형방법。
Objective To explore the method of modified round block technique areola reduction and its value of clinical application. Methods Design double circular incision at the base of the nipple and about 1.5cm to the outer edge inside the areola individually,after the areola skin resection,2 to 4 wedge-shaped incision was designed in areola area in order to excise the areola skin redundant, and the skin sutured with tension reduced. Results Between August of 2008 and March of 2015,a total of 32 cases of female patients accepted the modified round block technique for bilateral areola reduction surgery,postoperative appearance is good.Following up of 4 to 12 months,the patients without obvious areola diameter increased,also without visible scar and no skin folds,but with the appropriate proportion between the areola and breast and with satisfactory appearance. Conclusion The combination technology of Modified round block and wedge-shaped resection of the areola reduction is suitable for patients with different degrees of areola hypertrophy,which can avoid the visible scar and secondary deformities postoperatively.It is a good method of areola reduction with cosmetic appearance.
