目的：探讨医疗机构评审国际联合委员会(Joint Commission International,JCI)标准在急诊气管插管患儿院内转运中的应用效果。方法将2012年3－8月湖南省儿童医院急诊科气管插管院内转运到重症监护室的79例患儿设为对照组,按常规转运方式进行转运；2013年3－8月的83例患儿设为观察组,按 JCI 标准进行院内转运,比较两组患儿的院内转运时间、转运成功率、不良事件发生率及满意度。结果观察组患儿的院内转运时间、不良事件发生率均短于或低于对照组患儿,转运成功率及满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均 P ＜0．05)。结论 JCI 标准的应用能缩短急诊气管插管患儿的院内转运时间,提高转运成功率,减少不良事件的发生,有利于提高患儿及其家长满意度。

Objective To discuss the application effect of JCI standard in trachea cannula nosocomial trans-shipment of children in emergency.Methods Totally 79 patients from March to August of 2012 in our hos-pital were selected as control group.They had trachea cannula nosocomial transshipment from emergency department to ICU in routine transport mode.Other 83 patients in March to August in 2013 were selected as the observation group,and they were transshipped according to the JCI standard.The time of emergency nosocomial transshipment,the success rate of transshipment,and the incidence of adverse event and satis-faction of two groups of patients were compared.Results The time of emergency nosocomial transship-ment and the incidence of adverse event in observation group were both lower or less than which in control group,and the success rate of transshipment and the satisfaction level were higher than control group (all P <0.05).Conclusion JCI standard in nosocomial transshipment can shorten the time of trachea cannula nosocomial transshipment of children in emergency,improve success rate,reduce complications,and im-prove satisfaction.
