对217份稻谷样品重金属含量的测定分析表明,谷壳中重金属含量大于精米,精米中Cr、 Cd含量相对较高,谷壳中Cr含量相对较高;相关性分析结果表明,土壤中的Cd、 Pb与稻谷中的Cd、 Pb含量显著相关,谷壳与精米中的Cd、 As、 Hg含量显著相关而与品种类型无关;对重金属富集系数的分析表明,稻米对重金属的富集能力强弱为Cd>Hg>As>Cr>Pb,不同品系稻米对5种重金属的富集能力差异均达到显著,银占系列稻米的重金属富集能力与其它8个品系差异显著且显著高于其它品系。结论对研究稻米中重金属污染问题具有一定的参考价值。

The result of the analysis of heavy metals content in rice shows that the contents of heavy metals in husk are more than that in the polished rice and two heavy metals Cr and Cd have relative higher contents than the other three heavy metals in polished rice while the content of Cr is higher than the other four heavy metals in husk relatively ; The correlation analysis results proves that the content of Cd and Pb in soil have a significant influence on the Cd and Pb in rice , the content of Cd、 As and Hg in polished rice are significantly related to that in husk but not variety types ;The analysis of PUF suggests that the capacities order of rice to enrich heavy metals is Cd>Hg>As>Cr>Pb and different strains of rice have significant differences on the capacities of heavy metals enrichment. One strain called Yinzhan have greater abilities to enrich heavy metals than other strains , and differences on abilities to enrich heavy metals are significant among them .And these conclusions have some reference value on the study of rice heavy metal pollution.
