目的:了解个体化认知训练对轻度认知功能损害(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者认知功能的改善效果。方法按随机数字表法将2009年1月至2012年12月在南京市鼓楼医院住院的30例 MCI 患者分为观察组和对照组各15例,对照组患者采取个体间无差别的常规认知训练方式,观察组患者采取针对性的个体化认知训练方式,出院后两组患者均延续各自的认知功能训练计划。采用简易智力状态检查量表(mini-mental state exami-nation,MMSE)及日常生活能力量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)在患者入院当天、出院当天及出院后的第3、6个月,对两组患者进行认知功能的评估和比较。结果入院当天、出院当天及出院后第3个月,两组患者的 MMES 及 ADL 评分差异均无统计学意义(均 P >0.05);出院后第6个月,观察组患者的 MMES 评分高于对照组,ADL 评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均 P <0.05)。结论个体化认知训练与常规无差别认知训练比较,能够更加有效地改善 MCI 患者的认知功能。

목적:료해개체화인지훈련대경도인지공능손해(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)환자인지공능적개선효과。방법안수궤수자표법장2009년1월지2012년12월재남경시고루의원주원적30례 MCI 환자분위관찰조화대조조각15례,대조조환자채취개체간무차별적상규인지훈련방식,관찰조환자채취침대성적개체화인지훈련방식,출원후량조환자균연속각자적인지공능훈련계화。채용간역지력상태검사량표(mini-mental state exami-nation,MMSE)급일상생활능역량표(activity of daily living scale,ADL)재환자입원당천、출원당천급출원후적제3、6개월,대량조환자진행인지공능적평고화비교。결과입원당천、출원당천급출원후제3개월,량조환자적 MMES 급 ADL 평분차이균무통계학의의(균 P >0.05);출원후제6개월,관찰조환자적 MMES 평분고우대조조,ADL 평분저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(균 P <0.05)。결론개체화인지훈련여상규무차별인지훈련비교,능구경가유효지개선 MCI 환자적인지공능。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized cognitive training in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI).Methods Totally 30 patients with mild cognitive impairment were randomly allocated to observation group and control group,with 15 cases in each group.Observation group received individualized cognitive training on the basis of the assessment of specific damage of cognitive ability for each individual,while the control group received the same conventional cognitive training for each case.The cognitive ability of the two groups was analyzed by MMSE and ADL on hospital admission day,discharge, 3rd month and 6th month after discharge.Results There was no significant differences of MMSE and ADL between hospital admission day and discharge day in both experimental group and control group (P >0.05).After 6 months of discharge,the MMES score in observation group was higher than which in control group,and the ADL score was lower than control group (all P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with con-ventional training,the individualized cognitive training can effectively improve the cognitive ability of MCI patients.
