目的:研究会阴侧剪术中高频电剪与传统侧剪专用工具之间的护理效果差异。方法:本文选择2014年4月-2015年4月来本院自然分娩的产妇226例,采用随机分组的方法,将其分为A组和B组,每组各113例患者。A组使用高频电剪进行侧切护理,B组使用传统手术刀进行侧切护理,比较两种手术器械对护理效果的影响。结果:A组患者Ⅰ度会阴损伤98例,Ⅱ度15例;B组患者Ⅰ度会阴损伤86例,Ⅱ度27例,两组患者均未发生Ⅲ度以上损伤,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者术后疼痛轻度102例,中度11例,B组患者术后疼痛轻度80例,中度33例,均未发生重度术后疼痛,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频电剪更适应会阴侧剪术。

Objective:To research the difference in nursing effect between the high-frequency electric scissors in the lateral episiotomy cutting and the special tools of conventional lateral shear.Method:226 lying-in women who came to our hospital for natural childbirth were selected from April 2014 to April 2015 and divided into group A and group B,113 cases in each group. The patients in group A were given episiotomy nursing with high-frequency electric scissors while that of group B were given episiotomy nursing with traditional scalpel.The surgical instruments were compared in their influence on nursing effect.Result:In group A,degree Ⅰ perineal trauma of 98 patients,degree Ⅱ perineal trauma of 15 patients;in group B,degree Ⅰ perineal trauma of 86 patients,degree Ⅱ perineal trauma of 27 patients,no patients got injure more than degree Ⅲ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,102 patients were mild postoperative pain and 11 patients were moderate postoperative pain;in group B,80 patients were mild postoperative pain and 33 patients were moderate postoperative pain, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-frequency electric scissor is more suitable for lateral episiotomy cutting.
