采用高效液相色谱法研究热带地区海南田间条件下唑螨酯和炔螨特在柑橘及土壤中的消解动态和最终残留。样品经乙腈提取、 NH2固相萃取小柱净化后,采用HPLC-UV检测。结果表明:2009至2010年唑螨酯在柑橘与土壤中的半衰期分别为7.5、7.8 d与14.4、14.7 d,炔螨特在柑橘与土壤中的半衰期分别为7.6、8.4 d与13.1、15.1 d,这2种农药在柑橘与土壤中的消解规律相似。在收获期时,未在柑橘中检出唑螨酯和炔螨特的最终残留,但在土壤中距末次施药14、21 d时,有残留检出,范围为0.08~0.43 mg/kg。

채용고효액상색보법연구열대지구해남전간조건하서만지화결만특재감귤급토양중적소해동태화최종잔류。양품경을정제취、 NH2고상췌취소주정화후,채용HPLC-UV검측。결과표명:2009지2010년서만지재감귤여토양중적반쇠기분별위7.5、7.8 d여14.4、14.7 d,결만특재감귤여토양중적반쇠기분별위7.6、8.4 d여13.1、15.1 d,저2충농약재감귤여토양중적소해규률상사。재수획기시,미재감귤중검출서만지화결만특적최종잔류,단재토양중거말차시약14、21 d시,유잔류검출,범위위0.08~0.43 mg/kg。
The residue and dissipation dynamics of fenpyroximate and propargite in citrus and soil from Hainan's field trials were analyzed by HPLC. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by NH2 SPE column, determined by HPLC-UV. The results showed that the half-lives of fenpyroximate and propargite in citrus were 7.5 d, 7.8 d and 14.4 d, 14.7 d, and that in soil were 7.6 d, 8.4 d and 13.1 d, 15.1 d in 2009 and 2010. Dissipation dynamics of fenpyroximate and propargite in citrus and soil were similar. Final residues of fenpyroximate and propargite were not detected in citrus but were found to be in the range of 0.08~0.43 mg/kg in soil during the period of harvest.
