目的:分析异体皮质骨板与解剖型钢板联合用于股骨髁粉碎性骨折的安全性和有效性。方法将随机选取的60例股骨髁粉碎性骨折患者分成两组,观察组30例行解剖型钢板与异体皮质骨板共同固定,同时取自体髂骨或异体骨植骨的方法进行治疗。对照组30例行单纯解剖型钢板治疗。术后进行术后效果评价。结果经过手术治疗之后,所有患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,通过随访所有患者X线片均显示骨折线愈合,观察组愈合时间3~9个月,平均4.9个月;对照组愈合时间3~11个月平均5.6个月。愈合时间对照组大于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异体皮质骨板与解剖型钢板联合用于股骨髁粉碎性骨折,能够达到机械稳定性和生物稳定性有机结合,明显缩短了骨折愈合时间,值得临床重视。

Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of allograft cortical bone plate and anatomic plate combined treat-ment for fractures of femoral condyle. Methods 60 patients with femoral condyle fractures were divided into two groups, the obser-vation group, 30 patients with anatomic plate allograft cortical bone fixation plates together, while autologous iliac bone graft or al-lograft treatment methods. 30 patients in the control group therapy alone anatomical plate. Postoperative evaluation of postoperative results. Results After surgery, all patients were Ⅰ incision healing, all patients were followed up by X-ray showed the fracture line healing, healing time observation group 3~9 months, with an average 4.9 months;the control group healing time of 3~11 months monthly average of 5.6 months. Conclusion Through the organic combination of mechanical stability and biological stability, allograft cortical bone plates combined with anatomic plate in treatment femoral condyle fractures can significantly shorten the healing time,so it is worthy of attention.
