目的：分析异体皮质骨板与解剖型钢板联合用于股骨髁粉碎性骨折的安全性和有效性。方法将随机选取的60例股骨髁粉碎性骨折患者分成两组，观察组30例行解剖型钢板与异体皮质骨板共同固定，同时取自体髂骨或异体骨植骨的方法进行治疗。对照组30例行单纯解剖型钢板治疗。术后进行术后效果评价。结果经过手术治疗之后，所有患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合，通过随访所有患者X线片均显示骨折线愈合，观察组愈合时间3~9个月，平均4.9个月；对照组愈合时间3~11个月平均5.6个月。愈合时间对照组大于观察组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异体皮质骨板与解剖型钢板联合用于股骨髁粉碎性骨折，能够达到机械稳定性和生物稳定性有机结合，明显缩短了骨折愈合时间，值得临床重视。
목적：분석이체피질골판여해부형강판연합용우고골과분쇄성골절적안전성화유효성。방법장수궤선취적60례고골과분쇄성골절환자분성량조，관찰조30례행해부형강판여이체피질골판공동고정，동시취자체가골혹이체골식골적방법진행치료。대조조30례행단순해부형강판치료。술후진행술후효과평개。결과경과수술치료지후，소유환자절구균Ⅰ기유합，통과수방소유환자X선편균현시골절선유합，관찰조유합시간3~9개월，평균4.9개월；대조조유합시간3~11개월평균5.6개월。유합시간대조조대우관찰조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론이체피질골판여해부형강판연합용우고골과분쇄성골절，능구체도궤계은정성화생물은정성유궤결합，명현축단료골절유합시간，치득림상중시。
Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of allograft cortical bone plate and anatomic plate combined treat-ment for fractures of femoral condyle. Methods 60 patients with femoral condyle fractures were divided into two groups, the obser-vation group, 30 patients with anatomic plate allograft cortical bone fixation plates together, while autologous iliac bone graft or al-lograft treatment methods. 30 patients in the control group therapy alone anatomical plate. Postoperative evaluation of postoperative results. Conclusion Through the organic combination of mechanical stability and biological stability, allograft cortical bone plates combined with anatomic plate in treatment femoral condyle fractures can significantly shorten the healing time,so it is worthy of attention.
