目的：探讨混合痔术后水肿采用黄花荆榆汤坐浴熏洗治疗的临床效果。方法：选择我院于2012年3月至2014年5月期间收治的82例混合痔术后水肿患者，随机分为对照组和观察组（各41例），对照组采用高锰酸钾坐浴治疗，观察组采用黄花荆榆汤熏洗治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异 p ＜0.05，认为有统计学意义。结论：混合痔术后肛缘水肿采用黄花荆榆汤坐浴熏洗，临床疗效较好，应推广使用。

목적：탐토혼합치술후수종채용황화형유탕좌욕훈세치료적림상효과。방법：선택아원우2012년3월지2014년5월기간수치적82례혼합치술후수종환자，수궤분위대조조화관찰조（각41례），대조조채용고맹산갑좌욕치료，관찰조채용황화형유탕훈세치료，비교량조환자치료효과。결과：관찰조총유효솔현저고우대조조，차이 p ＜0.05，인위유통계학의의。결론：혼합치술후항연수종채용황화형유탕좌욕훈세，림상료효교호，응추엄사용。
Objective:Explore the postoperative edema with yellow flowers in mixed hemorrhoid jing yu tang sitz bath the clinical effect of fumigation treat-ment.Methods:Choose our hospital from March 2012 to May 2014 treated 82 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema,were randomly divid-ed into control group and observation group (41 cases)and control group treated by potassium permanganate sitz bath,observation group adopt chrysanthemum jing yu tang fumigation treatment,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results:Observation group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group,the difference (p <0.05,believe that there is a statistical significance.Conclusion:Mixed hemorrhoid postoperative anal edge edema with yellow flowers jing yu tang sitz bath fumigation,clinical curative effect is good,should be used.
