目的:对急诊病人护理满意度的调查进行分析,并提出相关护理对策。方法:采取调查问卷法对急诊病人对护理工作的满意度进行调查分析,结合护理质量提出相关护理对策。结果:发放调查问卷280份,成功收回268份(95.71%);患者满意度最高为96.64%,最低为60.45%,在就诊环境、健康教育、护患沟通方面护理满意度较低。结论:针对调查结果存在的问题,需要为患者提供优质的病房环境、做好患者健康宣教工作,同时加强护患沟通,以此使急诊病人护理质量得到有效提升,进而提升患者对护理的满意度。

목적:대급진병인호리만의도적조사진행분석,병제출상관호리대책。방법:채취조사문권법대급진병인대호리공작적만의도진행조사분석,결합호리질량제출상관호리대책。결과:발방조사문권280빈,성공수회268빈(95.71%);환자만의도최고위96.64%,최저위60.45%,재취진배경、건강교육、호환구통방면호리만의도교저。결론:침대조사결과존재적문제,수요위환자제공우질적병방배경、주호환자건강선교공작,동시가강호환구통,이차사급진병인호리질량득도유효제승,진이제승환자대호리적만의도。
Purpose On emergency patient care satisfaction investigation and analysis,and put forward related nursing countermeasures.Methods:Of emer-gency patients adopted questionnaire method to investigate the nursing job satisfaction analysis,puts forward corresponding nursing countermeasures combined with nursing quality.Results:280 questionnaires,the successful recovery of 268 patients (95.71%);the highest satisfaction was 96.64%,the lowest was 60.45%,in the medical environment,health education,nurse patient communication in nursing satisfaction is relatively low.Conclusion:Aiming at the existing problem of the results of the survey,the need for patients to provide quality ward environment,completes the patients health education work,at the same time, strengthen communication,nurses and patients so that emergency patients nursing quality effectively,raise the satisfaction of the patients to nursing.
