医患矛盾越演越烈，已成为现今社会不可回避的热点问题。医闹事件频发的背后折射出当代中国人对生命伦理与死亡观念的认知与态度。文中通过对以儒道思想为主导的中国传统文化思想和以基督教思想为主导的西方文化两者的生死观内涵比较，反映中西文化对生命教育、死亡教育的认知与态度差异，论述医患矛盾与我国传统思想影响下生死伦理文化观的关系，提出普及大众死亡教育的重要性。

the doctor -patient conflicts are more and more intensified,and has been an unavoidable hot topic in today.Hospital violator phenomenon reflect the cogni -tion and attitude to the ethics of life and death sense of contemporary Chinese people.The com-parison of Chinese culture which is dominated by Confucianism and Taoism with Western culture which is dominated by Christian thought,it reflects different cognition and attitude on life education and death education.Furthermore,the rela -tionship between doc-tors -patient conflicts and the traditional Chinese ideology has been discussed.The importance of death education to the public has been has been put forward.
