Nurse and patient%Mental communication%Effect
目的:分析护患心理沟通的临床作用。方法搜集2014年1月~2015年1月我科78例患者,按照数字随机法将其分成两组,即甲组与乙组。给予甲组常规护理,共39例;在此基础上给予乙组护患心理沟通,共39例。观察两组效果并比较。结果两组相比,乙组心理评分改善较好,护理评分高,护理满意度高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论护患心理沟通对改善患者不良心理、提高护理评分及满意度作用较大。

목적:분석호환심리구통적림상작용。방법수집2014년1월~2015년1월아과78례환자,안조수자수궤법장기분성량조,즉갑조여을조。급여갑조상규호리,공39례;재차기출상급여을조호환심리구통,공39례。관찰량조효과병비교。결과량조상비,을조심리평분개선교호,호리평분고,호리만의도고,P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。결론호환심리구통대개선환자불양심리、제고호리평분급만의도작용교대。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect on nurse and patient communication psychological. Methods Selected 78 patients from January 2014 to January 2015 in our department, according to figures were divided into the group A and group B randomly, Group A routine care given to a total of 39 cases; give nurses and patients in group B on the basis of mental communication, a total of 39 cases. Effects were observed and compared. Results The two groups, Group B was better psychological scores improved, nursing score high and satisfaction with care, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The nurse and patient communication to improve patient psychological adverse psychological, improve care satisfaction scores and larger role.
