为了降低检修成本,提出风电机组状态检修。风电机组状态检修的内容包括数据采集、在线监测、故障诊断、故障预测、状态检修决策和实施。提出风电机组状态检修的两种模式:基于风电机组状态监测信号分析与特征提取的故障诊断检修模式;基于风电机组状态监测(含性能检测)及专家系统的智能化故障诊断与决策的检修模式。
為瞭降低檢脩成本,提齣風電機組狀態檢脩。風電機組狀態檢脩的內容包括數據採集、在線鑑測、故障診斷、故障預測、狀態檢脩決策和實施。提齣風電機組狀態檢脩的兩種模式:基于風電機組狀態鑑測信號分析與特徵提取的故障診斷檢脩模式;基于風電機組狀態鑑測(含性能檢測)及專傢繫統的智能化故障診斷與決策的檢脩模式。
위료강저검수성본,제출풍전궤조상태검수。풍전궤조상태검수적내용포괄수거채집、재선감측、고장진단、고장예측、상태검수결책화실시。제출풍전궤조상태검수적량충모식:기우풍전궤조상태감측신호분석여특정제취적고장진단검수모식;기우풍전궤조상태감측(함성능검측)급전가계통적지능화고장진단여결책적검수모식。
In order to reduce overhaul costs, state-overhaul of wind turbines was proposed, which includes data collection, on-line monitoring, fault diagnosis, fault prediction, decision-making and implementation of state-overhaul. Two state-overhaul models of wind turbines were presented. One was the fault-diagnosis overhaul based on signals’ analysis and feature extraction of state-monitor of wind turbines. The other was the intelligent fault-diagnosis and decision-making based on state-monitor and expert system of wind turbines.
