目的：探讨乳头凹陷及预防产后乳腺炎的护理实施。方法选取我院分娩的产妇200例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组100例，对照组不给予产妇乳房任何干预措施；观察组产妇接受双乳保健护理，比较两组产妇乳头凹陷和产后乳腺炎发生率。结果对照组患者乳头皲裂和乳腺炎的发生率高于观察组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论为使产后乳头凹陷问题和抑制产后乳腺炎的发生，护理人员在产妇分娩后应该及时给予乳房保健护理措施。
목적：탐토유두요함급예방산후유선염적호리실시。방법선취아원분면적산부200례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조100례，대조조불급여산부유방임하간예조시；관찰조산부접수쌍유보건호리，비교량조산부유두요함화산후유선염발생솔。결과대조조환자유두군렬화유선염적발생솔고우관찰조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론위사산후유두요함문제화억제산후유선염적발생，호리인원재산부분면후응해급시급여유방보건호리조시。
Objective To explore the nursing implement of crater nipple and prevention of postpartum mastitis. Methods Selected 200 cases in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly, each group of 100 cases, the control group was not given any intervention measures of maternal breast, the observation group accepted breasts care were compared with the two groups the incidence of nipple and postpartum mastitis. Results The control group of cracked nipple and mastitis incidence was higher than the observation group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion In order to make the crater nipple and the inhibition to the occurrence of postpartum mastitis, breast health care should be give timely measures of nursing staff in the delivery.
