目的:建立测定枇芩颗粒剂中总黄酮含量的紫外分光光度法。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用70%的乙醇溶液加热回流提取总黄酮,于509 nm波长处测定总黄酮含量。结果芦丁质量浓度在12.72~76.32 mg/L范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.019 C+0.0107( r=0.9995)。结论该法操作简便、结果可靠,可为枇芩颗粒剂的质量控制提供依据。

목적:건립측정비금과립제중총황동함량적자외분광광도법。방법이호정위대조품,채용70%적을순용액가열회류제취총황동,우509 nm파장처측정총황동함량。결과호정질량농도재12.72~76.32 mg/L범위내여흡광도유량호적선성관계,회귀방정위A=0.019 C+0.0107( r=0.9995)。결론해법조작간편、결과가고,가위비금과립제적질량공제제공의거。
Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometry method for determining the content of total flavonoids from Piqin Granules. Methods With rutin as the reference substance, total flavonoids were extracted from Piqin Granules by the 70% ethanol solution heat-ing reflux extraction. Then, the content of total flavonoids was detected at 509 nm by UV Spectrophotometry. Results The rutin mass concentration in the range of 12. 72-76. 32 mg/L showed the good linear relationship with absorbancy. The regression equation was A=0. 019 C+0. 010 7 ( r=0. 999 5 ) . Conclusion This method is simple to operate and reliable in the detection results, and can pro-vide the basis for the quality control of Piqin Granules.
