目的：探讨对乳头凹陷孕妇实行乳房保健护理对预防产后乳腺炎的疗效。方法选取我院就诊乳头凹陷孕妇患者64例，将所有患者随机分为两组，观察组和对照组各32例，观察组患者给予乳房保健护理干预；对照组乳房不进行任何护理干预，比较两组患者的产后乳腺炎的发生率。结果观察组患者产后乳头皲裂及乳腺炎的发生率均低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论乳头凹陷孕妇实行乳房保健护理对预防产后乳腺炎有显著效果。

목적：탐토대유두요함잉부실행유방보건호리대예방산후유선염적료효。방법선취아원취진유두요함잉부환자64례，장소유환자수궤분위량조，관찰조화대조조각32례，관찰조환자급여유방보건호리간예；대조조유방불진행임하호리간예，비교량조환자적산후유선염적발생솔。결과관찰조환자산후유두군렬급유선염적발생솔균저우대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론유두요함잉부실행유방보건호리대예방산후유선염유현저효과。
Objective To investigate the effect of the implementation of breast nipple maternal health care on prevention of postpartum mastitis. Methods Selected 64 cases of pregnant women with inverted nipples in our hospital, divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, each group had 32 cases, the observation group were given breast health care intervention;the control group breast without any nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients the incidence of postpartum breast inlfammation. Results The incidence of postpartum observation group of patients with nipple and mastitis were lower than the control group. P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The implementation of health care of pregnant women breast nipple has a signiifcant effect on prevention of postpartum mastitis.
