目的:观察综合康复对大鼠受压坐骨神经微血管生成的影响。方法:参照经典Mackinnon大鼠坐骨神经卡压模型制作动物模型,40只大鼠完全随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组10只,2周后,A组(对照组):仅去除卡压;B组(康复训练组):去除卡压后行康复训练;C组(电针组):去除卡压后行电针治疗;D组(康复训练+电针组):去除卡压后行康复训练加电针治疗。术后第3周各组治疗结束。观察各组大鼠大体情况、坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)、卡压神经中段标本CD34、VEGF表达。结果:B、C、D组SFI恢复程度均大于A组(P<0.05);D组SFI恢复程度明显大于B组与C组(P<0.05)。B、C、D组CD34、VEGF表达明显高于A组(P<0.05);D组CD34、VEGF表达明显高于B组与C组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复可以有效促进大鼠受压坐骨神经微血管生成,进而促进神经再生与功能恢复。

목적:관찰종합강복대대서수압좌골신경미혈관생성적영향。방법:삼조경전Mackinnon대서좌골신경잡압모형제작동물모형,40지대서완전수궤분위A、B、C、D 4조,매조10지,2주후,A조(대조조):부거제잡압;B조(강복훈련조):거제잡압후행강복훈련;C조(전침조):거제잡압후행전침치료;D조(강복훈련+전침조):거제잡압후행강복훈련가전침치료。술후제3주각조치료결속。관찰각조대서대체정황、좌골신경공능지수(SFI)、잡압신경중단표본CD34、VEGF표체。결과:B、C、D조SFI회복정도균대우A조(P<0.05);D조SFI회복정도명현대우B조여C조(P<0.05)。B、C、D조CD34、VEGF표체명현고우A조(P<0.05);D조CD34、VEGF표체명현고우B조여C조(P<0.05)。결론:종합강복가이유효촉진대서수압좌골신경미혈관생성,진이촉진신경재생여공능회복。
Objective:To observe the the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on neural micro-angiogenesis in rat with sciatic nerve compression.Method:According to the rat model of sciatic nerve compression designed by Mackinnon,forty male SD rats were chosen and randomly divided into 4 groups(n=10):group A,group B,group C,and group D.After 2 weeks,compression were removed in all 4 groups,and no treatment was given in group A,rehabilitation training in group B,electroacupuncture in group C,electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in group D.At 3 weeks after treatment,the sciatic nerve function index (SFI),and the expression of CD34,VEGF in the compression sciatic nerve of rats were measured.Result:The SFI recovery rate of groups B,C,and D were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05), and that of group D was significantly higher than that of groups B and C(P<0.05).The expression of CD34 and VEGF in the compression sciatic nerve of groups B,C,and D were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05),and that of group D was significantly higher than that of groups B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve neural micro-angiogenesis in rat with sciatic nerve compression,thereby it can promote the nerve regeneration and functional recovery.
