目的：建立测定止痒消炎水中苦参碱的含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18柱（150 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇－乙腈－pH为6.8磷酸盐缓冲液（8：8：84），检测波长为210 nm。结果苦参碱进样量在0.25~2.50μg ( r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.79％，RSD为1.65％( n=6)。结论该法简便、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

목적：건립측정지양소염수중고삼감적함량적고효액상색보（HPLC）법。방법색보주위Waters Symmetry C18주（150 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），류동상위갑순－을정－pH위6.8린산염완충액（8：8：84），검측파장위210 nm。결과고삼감진양량재0.25~2.50μg ( r=0.9999)범위내여봉면적선성관계량호，평균회수솔위99.79％，RSD위1.65％( n=6)。결론해법간편、준학，가용우해제제적질량공제。
Objective To determine the matrine content in relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid. Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the Waters Symmetry C18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) and the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-pH 6. 8 phosphate buffered solution ( 8:8:84 ) . The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results The linear range of matrine was 0. 25-2. 50 μg ( r=0. 999 9 ) , the average recovery rate was 99. 79%, RSD=1. 65%( n=6 ) . Conclusion This HPLC methods is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of relieving itching anti-inflammation fluid.
