目的：分析近3年剖宫产率及剖宫产手术指征变化，探讨降低剖宫产率并提高产科质量的措施。方法回顾性分析2012年2月-2014年12月年间剖宫产率的变化及剖宫产指征变化。结果2014年剖宫产率31.18%，较前两年剖宫产率有下降趋势；其中以头盆不称、产程异常、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿剖宫产率下降明显，疤痕子宫及社会因素为手术指征的剖宫产率明显增加。结论严格掌握剖宫产指征，有望将剖宫产率控制在一个合理的范围。

목적：분석근3년부궁산솔급부궁산수술지정변화，탐토강저부궁산솔병제고산과질량적조시。방법회고성분석2012년2월-2014년12월년간부궁산솔적변화급부궁산지정변화。결과2014년부궁산솔31.18%，교전량년부궁산솔유하강추세；기중이두분불칭、산정이상、태인군박、거대인부궁산솔하강명현，파흔자궁급사회인소위수술지정적부궁산솔명현증가。결론엄격장악부궁산지정，유망장부궁산솔공제재일개합리적범위。
Objective To analyze the cesarean section rate and changes of operation indications in the past 3 years and look for the measures to reduce the rate of cesarean section and improve the obstetrical quality. Methods The changes of cesarean section rate and cesarean section indication from February 2012 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 2014, The cesarean section rate was 31.18%. It had the drop tendency compared with the previous two years; Among the cephalopelvic dis-proportion, abnormal labor, fetal distress, fetal macrosomia rate of cesarean scar uterus decreased obviously, and the social factors for the operation indications of cesarean section increased significantly. Conclusion If we can control of cesarean section indica-tions strictly, we can control the cesarean section rate in a reasonable range.
