针对国内高炉冷却水温差检测系统测温精度不高的弊端,设计并开发了高炉冷却水温差高精度检测系统。检测系统由测温节点、温度采集终端与上位机构成,之间通讯采用RS-485,基于三线制Pt1000设计了比率电桥温度补偿电路,并结合A/D转换器AD7799,构成信号处理电路,提高了水温采集精度。
針對國內高爐冷卻水溫差檢測繫統測溫精度不高的弊耑,設計併開髮瞭高爐冷卻水溫差高精度檢測繫統。檢測繫統由測溫節點、溫度採集終耑與上位機構成,之間通訊採用RS-485,基于三線製Pt1000設計瞭比率電橋溫度補償電路,併結閤A/D轉換器AD7799,構成信號處理電路,提高瞭水溫採集精度。

In response to the defects of the low accuracy of domestic blast furnace cooling water temperature difference detec-tion system, this paper is aimed at designing and developing a blast furnace cooling water temperature difference detection sys-tem with high precision. The detection system consists of the temperature measurement node, the temperature data collection ter-minal and PC components, and RS-485 is adopted for communications between them. Based on the three wire system Pt1000, this paper designs the circuit of ratio bridge temperature compensation and with the combination of A/D converter AD7799 the signal processing circuit is composed, improving water temperature collection accuracy.
