目的：从作用机制、药代动力学性质及影响因素、临床评价、不良反应等方面简述依维莫司在器官移植领域的临床应用。方法查阅近几年文献，提取重要信息，通过分析、归纳进行综述。结果与结论依维莫司用于器官移植能维持较好的肾功能。食物、药物等多种因素均能影响其药代动力学性质。以已有的研究性临床治疗方案为指导，采用依维莫司个体化给药方案，监测其血药浓度，可提高疗效、降低不良反应。

목적：종작용궤제、약대동역학성질급영향인소、림상평개、불량반응등방면간술의유막사재기관이식영역적림상응용。방법사열근궤년문헌，제취중요신식，통과분석、귀납진행종술。결과여결론의유막사용우기관이식능유지교호적신공능。식물、약물등다충인소균능영향기약대동역학성질。이이유적연구성림상치료방안위지도，채용의유막사개체화급약방안，감측기혈약농도，가제고료효、강저불량반응。
Objective To summary the clinical application of everolimus in the field of organ transplantation by describing the action mechanism, pharmacokinetics, influence factors, clinical evaluation, adverse reaction, and so on. Methods By consulting the literatures about the mechanism, pharmacokinetics and clinical researches of everolimus in recent years, the important informations were extracted, analyzed and summarized for conducting this review. Results and Conclusion Everolimus can maintain better renal function in the as-pect of organ transplantation;various factors, such as food, drugs, can affect its pharmacokinetic properties. With the existing research clin-ical treatment regimen as the guidance, individualized medication regime and monitoring its blood concentration can increase the curative effect and reduce the adverse reactions.
