目的：了解近年来我国护工培训与管理研究现状，为进一步规范护工的培训和管理提供参考。方法以中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库和万方学术论文数据库为来源，检索相关文献，以Noteexpress 文献管理软件为工具，从文献分布年份、作者、地区等方面分析我国护工培训与管理研究现状。结果共检索到“护工培训和管理”为主题的文献149篇，文献数量逐年递增，作者来自23个省／直辖市／自治区，合作率为60．4％，研究内容集中在院内感染，研究方法以经验介绍为主。结论我国护工培训和管理的研究处于起步阶段，文献研究质量有待提高。

Objective To understand the distribution of the research papers about training and management for cares in recent years in China, and to provide reference for standardized training and management cares .Methods All literatures were searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure 、Chinese Bio-Medical Literature Database、VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals and Wanfang Academic data base, we statistic analysis literatures according to year 、author and district by Noteexpress .Results 149 arti-cles related to training and management for cares were collected and the number of publications increased in these years .The authors were from 23 provinces in China.The rate of cooperation was 60.4%.The content was focused on hospital infection .The main research methods was experiences described .Conclusion The studies about training and management for cares are in a initial state and the quality of the literatures remain to be improved .
