目的：探究加巴喷丁联合尼莫地平对偏头痛的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2014年1～12月收治的偏头痛患者100例，分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例，对照组患者使用尼莫地平单种药物进行治疗，治疗组使用加巴喷丁与尼莫地平联合治疗，对比两组病患者用药前后的头痛发作次数、药物疗效及其他不良反应情况。结果：经对比得治疗组在头痛发作次数、药物疗效方面明显优于对照组，结果有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：采用加巴喷丁联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛可有效减轻患者头痛发作程度，减少头痛发作次数，降低不良反应发生率。
목적：탐구가파분정연합니막지평대편두통적림상치료효과。방법：선취아원2014년1～12월수치적편두통환자100례，분위대조조화치료조，매조각50례，대조조환자사용니막지평단충약물진행치료，치료조사용가파분정여니막지평연합치료，대비량조병환자용약전후적두통발작차수、약물료효급기타불량반응정황。결과：경대비득치료조재두통발작차수、약물료효방면명현우우대조조，결과유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：채용가파분정연합니막지평치료편두통가유효감경환자두통발작정도，감소두통발작차수，강저불량반응발생솔。
