在中国矿业生产中,带式输送机是十分常见的运输工具,其运输结构较为简单,能够适应大多数矿井环境,并且其容量大,有助于减少运输成本。随着中国智能控制理论不断发展,PLC系统在带式输送机监控系统中的应用越来越广泛,尤其是煤矿、电厂等单位中。主要分析了当前中国带式输送机自动监控系统中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了新型PLC系统。

Belt conveyor is a very common transport mean in Chinese mining production, its transport structure is simple, which can acclimate to most mine environment, and its capacity is large, which helps to reduce transportation costs. With the continuous development of China's intelligent control theory, PLC system was widely used in monitoring system of the belt conveyor, especially in coal mines, power plants. The current main issues of automatic monitoring system in Chinese conveyor were analyzed, and then proposed new PLC system.
